Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is an AI-first automation expert with deep Marketo experience. You will architect the marketing engine, moving from manual processes to autonomous workflows and ruthlessly eliminating friction.

Responsibilities include managing Marketo and Salesforce integration, troubleshooting funnel leakage, optimizing campaigns, and aligning with sales and business processes. Documentation will ensure a transparent, scalable system across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, advanced experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• An AI-First Mindset: build agentic workflows and use AI tools to solve MarOps problems.
• CRM Proficiency: strong working knowledge of Salesforce integrations with MAPs.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Support: Manage Marketo operations for uptime, flawless execution, and scalable processes.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Investigate funnel leakage, routing issues, and sync problems between Marketo and Salesforce.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Drive Marketo optimisation, simplify logic, and apply AI to repetitive tasks.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate business requirements into data constraints and technical solutions.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: Partner on strategic projects to reduce technical debt and create a clean Marketecture.
• List Operations Management: Oversee data hygiene, segmentation, and list execution with an eye to automation.
• Ruthless Documentation: Maintain comprehensive docs for systems and workflows.
