Job summary

Lawpath is seeking a seasoned Lifecycle Marketing writer and operator to own Lawpath's content and automated journeys, translating complex legal, tax and compliance topics into simple, accurate messages for Australian small businesses.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll build, launch, measure and optimise campaigns across email, blogs, social content, and landing pages, using Salesforce Account Engagement and AI tools to drive conversions while keeping Lawpath’s voice consistent

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a content, email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing role.
• Genuinely strong writing skills with a portfolio to show.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot).

Responsibilities

• Write lifecycle emails, newsletters, and campaign copy.
• Design and send campaigns end-to-end with segmentation, copy, QA, and launch.
• Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, copy, offers, and timing.
• Use AI to turn customer signals into triggered lifecycle messaging and alerts.
• Maintain campaign taxonomy, UTM governance, and clean tracking.
• Collaborate with Growth, design, product and sales to translate briefs into assets.
