Lawpath is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Content Writer to own and execute our email, nurture, and blog content for Australian SMBs. You’ll turn complex legal, tax, and compliance topics into clear, actionable copy and build automated journeys that convert.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll write, build, launch, measure, and optimize campaigns, leveraging Salesforce/Account Engagement, AI tools, and analytics to improve engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a content, email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing role.
• Strong writing skills with a portfolio of emails, blog posts, or campaign copy.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) or equivalent.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Genuine AI fluency: using tools like Claude or ChatGPT to improve output.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, on-brand copy across the customer journey: lifecycle emails, newsletters, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Create blog and social content tied to campaigns and compliance moments for SMBs.
• Collaborate with Growth to optimise content for search and AI visibility (GEO/AEO, AI Overviews).
• Own tone-of-voice across lifecycle touchpoints and ensure consistent brand voice.
• Lead repurposing of content for new segments and channels.
• Partner with design, product, and sales to translate briefs into assets.
