LawConnect is redefining how consumers access legal help by combining AI with a lawyer marketplace. We’re looking for a growth-focused product professional to own the SEO and growth roadmap from opportunities to shipped features, partnering with external agencies to drive measurable results.

You’ll work in a hybrid Sydney-based role within the Growth team, balancing rapid experimentation with data-driven decision making, collaborating with engineering and design, and talking to customers to

Qualifications

5+ years in growth product or growth marketing with direct revenue or conversion targets.
Strong SEO experience with ability to brief agencies and challenge specialists.
Numbers-oriented or technical background, quantitative discipline preferred over purely marketing.
Proven track record shipping with engineering teams, with clear specs and collaboration.
Experience building and defending a prioritized roadmap with measurable impact.
Direct experience talking to and testing with customers.
Confidence in GA4 and BI tools, with ability to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

Own the SEO & growth roadmap from opportunities to shipped features.
Collaborate with engineering and design to implement ideas and unblock work.
Turn agency recommendations into a defended backlog with clear value.
Talk to customers and lawyers to ground roadmaps in real behavior.
Design experiments that yield real answers and feed learnings back into prioritisation.
