Job summary

LawConnect is reshaping how consumers access legal help by combining AI with a leading lawyer marketplace. We are seeking a Growth-focused Product role in our Growth team to own the SEO & growth roadmap, turning agency strategy into a sequenced, shipped plan.

You will write briefs, collaborate with design and engineering, and drive initiatives that measurably improve acquisition and conversion. The role starts with a focus on SEO, gradually broadening as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• .5+ years in growth product, product management or growth marketing with direct revenue/conversion targets.
• Strong SEO experience with ability to brief and challenge an agency without being the specialist.
• Numbers-oriented or technical background (engineering, analytics, or similar).
• Track record of shipping with engineering teams with clear specs.
• Experience building and defending a prioritised roadmap with impact.
• Experience talking to and testing with customers.
• Confidence in GA4 and a BI tool and ability to estimate from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO & growth roadmap: size opportunities, decide what to build first, drive through engineering and design to ship, measure outcomes.
• Growth is the engine: improve consumer funnel and acquisition across channels, unlock opportunities in the paid/organic mix.
• Collaborate with agency partners: brief them, evaluate ideas, and maintain a ranked backlog.
• Write specs, work with design and development, and ship features with concrete impact.
• Talk to customers and lawyers to gather real behaviour for roadmap prioritisation.
• Design experiments, read results honestly, feed learnings back into prioritisation.
