Job summary

Morgan Consulting in Sydney CBD is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective healthcare technology clients across Australia, generating qualified opportunities and booking meetings for the wider sales team.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and a clear path into Account Executive and leadership positions within a fast-growing technology business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in sales, customer service, call centre, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, or related industries is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and uncover business challenges and opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage prospect activity and pipeline within CRM systems.
• Follow up prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity and meeting targets.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise campaign success.
