Job summary

Salt in Sydney is seeking a highly organised Content Manager for a 12 Month Contract to lead a scalable health education content initiative. You’ll partner with digital development teams, manage a diverse content pipeline and work in a hybrid/remote setup.

You will build processes, coordinate recording sessions, and guide content from concept through production and publication, leveraging AI tools to create engaging medical education resources for doctors and patients.

Qualifications

• Experience in content management, content operations or digital project management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding health/medical terminology and healthcare audiences.
• Experience managing content production workflows from concept to publication.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies in content development.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage an end-to-end content pipeline; convert partner ideas into outputs.
• Organise and facilitate recording sessions with speakers and production teams.
• Move content pieces through development, production, review and approval stages.
• Work with AI agents to develop secondary content (quizzes, short articles, etc.).
• Build relationships with content partners, SMEs and physicians.
• Develop a content distribution strategy across social, email, apps, websites and media partners.
• Analyse target audiences and their engagement with content.
