MSD is seeking a Financial Analyst - Reporting & Automation to support ANZ markets with financial insights, automation and dashboarding. You will partner with finance and commercial teams to identify reporting needs, automate processes and deliver high-impact analytics.

Responsibilities include building Power BI dashboards, modernising FP&A reporting and enabling AI-driven workflows. Hybrid work in Macquarie Park, Sydney, with travel to NZ/ANZ markets as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related field.
• CPA, CA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Prior solid FP&A, financial reporting, analytics or finance transformation experience.
• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX and Power Query).
• Experience using Power Automate, SQL, VBA and SAP.
• Practical use of enterprise AI tools for finance workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and automate repetitive reporting tasks across AU and NZ.
• Streamline month-end close, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for commercial leaders.
• Deliver actionable analytics and insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Partner with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting needs.
