Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to partner with ANZ leadership and sales teams. You’ll own the full FP&A cycle, forecast, and provide insights to influence pricing, investment and growth decisions.

You’ll be the go-to for leadership on numbers, delivering clear insights and challenging where needed. The role focuses on performance reporting, budgeting, and scenario planning in a fast-moving multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance within a multinational or large corporate.
• Strong FP&A experience with hands-on business partnering.
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, Power BI or similar tools advantageous.
• Experience with Tier 1 ERP systems.

This is not a back-office reporting role. You’ll partner closely with the ANZ leadership and sales teams. You’ll run the full FP&A cycle and use it to influence how the business grows, prices and invests. You’ll take part in commercial conversations, not just report on them afterwards.

You’ll be the person leadership comes to when they need to understand the numbers and decide what to do about them. That means clear insight, strong forecasting and the confidence to challenge when needed.
