Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Product Specialist to own the technical vision from discovery to close. You will architect Field Service solutions, run executive demos, and lead PoCs that demonstrate tangible business value.

You will collaborate with Account Executives to win complex enterprise deals and drive post-sale adoption with Customer Success. You will operate in a dynamic, travel-heavy role, partnering with cross-functional teams and leveraging Agentforce-enabled Field

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting or tech architecture in field service or related
Expertise in Salesforce Field Service including scheduling, mobile, asset management or equivalent platforms
Strong ability to design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise deployments

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical sales motions from discovery to deal close
Conduct executive-level product demos and architecture presentations to C-suite and VP stakeholders
Lead technical design sessions translating requirements into scalable Field Service architectures
Build hands-on PoCs leveraging Salesforce Field Service, Agentforce, mobile and scheduling capabilities
Translate business requirements into solution roadmaps delivering measurable outcomes
Drive customer adoption and usage post-sale in collaboration with Customer Success
