Job summary

ACCIONA is a global leader in regenerative infrastructure, delivering major rail upgrades in Melbourne. The Data Reporting & AI Analyst role sits at the center of how the project uses data to improve decision making, leading a structured reporting suite across ALT, AMT and project disciplines and championing responsible AI use.

You will pilot new AI tools and train staff on best practices, contributing to a major Victorian infrastructure program.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Mathematics, Science or similar field.
Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Query and SQL.
Experience with data analytics on large infrastructure projects.
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and National Crime Check.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards across finance, cost control and project management.
Develop Power Query pipelines to support finance processes.
Lead AI use-case pilots and proof-of-concept trials.
Train project staff on prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
Maintain data integrity and audit-ready documentation.
Share learnings with corporate Data Science and Project Controls teams.
Prepare innovation submissions and track adoption metrics.
