Job summary

ACCIONA delivers major rail upgrades in Melbourne, supporting Industry Capability and Inclusion (ICI) initiatives on the Southern Program Alliance. The Analyst will help deliver ICI outcomes through data reporting, robust data management, and practical support to procurement and stakeholder engagement.

The role coordinates ICI data, supports monthly and audit reporting, improves data quality, and serves as the main contact for ICI data queries with VIDA and subcontractors under the ICI Lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role with extensive Excel exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills: data cleansing, complex formulas, large datasets.
• Strong analytical capability and high attention to detail.
• Ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and reconcile data with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain structured datasets and upload data to client/internal systems.
• Prepare and cleanse data for audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy, in conjunction with the ICI lead.
• Maintain historical data for reporting and analysis.
• Identify and escalation data risks and support improved reporting quality.
• Maintain procurement schedules and reporting trackers.
• Identify, research and maintain records of social enterprises and Indigenous suppliers using recognised industry sources, and provide regular updates on opportunities.
• Act as a contact for ICI data queries and manage inbox enquiries.
• Assist with delivery of ICI initiatives and events.
• Provide coordination support for key cultural and ICI activities.
• Contribute to communications using data insights and reporting.
