Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking an Industry Capability & Inclusion Analyst in Melbourne to support data reporting, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement on a major rail project. You will coordinate datasets, assist with audits, and help drive ICI initiatives across the project alongside the Project HR Team.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role with advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, and precise data management abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role with data reporting exposure.
• Excellent Excel skills with data cleansing and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical ability and high accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication of data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate and reconcile data with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain structured datasets and upload data to client/Internal systems.
• Prepare and cleanse data for audits in collaboration with the ICI lead.
• Support procurement schedules, data tracking and reporting.
