Qualifications

• Experience in MSP or similar account management roles.
• Ability to discuss cybersecurity fundamentals with non-engineers.
• Ability to drive outcomes-focused conversations (cost, productivity, risk, revenue).
• Curiosity about AI/automation; hands-on use of tools like Copilot or Claude.
• Commercial literacy; read licensing/billing reports and spot anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of managed clients as primary contact.
• Translate technical data into business narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain client satisfaction.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities and scope them with CSP's engineering leads.
• Maintain records in HaloPSA for contracts, renewals, licensing.
• Manage licence and device-count reconciliation and billing queries.
