Reload Media is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to own campaigns end‑to‑end across search, social, programmatic and more. You will nurture client relationships, lead pitches, and translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of paid media experience across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display/Programmatic).
• Proven track record of data‑driven campaigns delivering client results.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GA4, Shopify/eCommerce and data visualization is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Nurture client relationships and lead meetings, pitches and QBRs.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel paid media strategies.
• Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Programmatic.
• Analyse data, provide insights, and optimise campaigns to meet performance targets.
