Job summary

Talenza is seeking a senior, hands-on Product Owner to lead the redesign and build of an AI-enabled delivery model.

You will own the product vision, outcomes and roadmap, manage a single prioritised backlog, and partner with engineering, data/AI, and risk stakeholders to ensure value delivery across the end-to-end process. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a complex, regulated-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar in large-scale transformation.
• Ability to define outcomes, roadmaps and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end: vision, outcomes, backlog, acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery to understand user problems and reduce hand-offs.
• Define work ownership between people and agents, with stakeholders.
• Translate problems into testable requirements; prioritise accordingly.
• Build and validate integrated model through prototypes and live initiatives.
• Embed responsible AI requirements, oversight and controls.
• Track cycle time, quality, adoption, and value with evidence.
