Job summary

Accenture Song’s Data & AI team is seeking a Customer AI Product Owner to guide AI-driven customer solutions from strategy to execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and translate business needs into AI product roadmaps, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while embedding ethical AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish the strategic direction for AI-driven customer solutions aligned with client objectives and market trends.
• Translate business needs into AI product requirements and prioritise features and roadmaps for timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the central point between business units, technology teams and external partners.
• Document and communicate product vision, progress and outcomes to senior leadership and clients.
• Integrate ethical AI principles and compliance standards into product design and deployment.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement with KPI tracking and data-driven insights.
• Drive consulting excellence and strategic programme leadership, owning client relationships and partnerships.
