Job summary

Aware Super is seeking a senior, hands-on Product Owner – Delivery Model (AI-enabled) to lead the evolution of its end-to-end delivery model. The product is the way work moves from idea to member value, combining roles, workflows, decision rights, controls, technology and AI-enabled capabilities.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will set the vision, roadmap, outcomes and backlog, govern prioritisation, and work across Transformation, People, Technology, Engineering and Risk to

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on Product Owner leading an AI-enabled delivery model.
• Experience delivering product-led operating models or delivery transformations.
• Ability to translate user problems into testable requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the product vision, outcomes, roadmap and backlog for the end-to-end delivery model.
• Integrate human capability, technology, controls and AI capabilities into a coherent product.
• Make decisions on scope, sequencing and design based on value, risk and feasibility.
