Job summary

EY’s Manager – AI and Data in Technology Consulting based in Perth will lead complex technology-enabled transformation engagements across asset-intensive sectors. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, governance, and PMO activities to deliver measurable business outcomes in a flexible, hybrid Perth environment.

You will partner with senior technology executives, translate strategy into practical delivery plans, and drive value-driven decisions across business, digital, data, and change

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformations with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong program and portfolio management, governance and delivery controls.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication of complex technical and commercial information.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation and program delivery with a focus on outcomes.
• Own integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance, reporting, and controls for high-quality execution.
• Lead PMO activities including planning, risk, issues, and delivery management.
• Apply business analysis to translate needs into practical delivery outcomes.
• Drive value-focused delivery decisions considering cost and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and resolve escalations.
• Build relationships with senior executives and sponsors to communicate progress.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Foster Agile practices and support teams to improve delivery flow.
• Facilitate workshops to explore needs and drive decisions.
• Use data analysis and insights to support evidence-based decisions.
• Coach junior team members and nurture a delivery-focused culture.
