EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Assurance Technology & AI Data Readiness to align business priorities with technology strategy and financial governance, delivering AI-ready data programs and scalable roadmaps across the Assurance practice.

The hybrid Oceania role offers flexible hours and opportunities to lead AI data readiness engagements, executive workshops, and governance improvements while partnering with diverse teams in a large professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology transformation or digital enablement in large organisations.
• Experience managing technology portfolios, budgets, and governance processes.
• Experience advising clients in workshops, proposals or go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, investment plans and governance outcomes.
• Provide transparency over technology expenditure, budgets and cost allocations, and develop business cases.
• Lead and support AI Data Readiness engagements, assessing data/maturity and developing prioritised roadmaps for responsible AI adoption.
