Job summary

EY in Sydney seeks a Senior Manager - Assurance Technology & AI Data Readiness to bridge business priorities with technology strategy and financial governance, shaping value from technology investments. You’ll lead AI Data Readiness engagements, assess data governance and operating models, and develop roadmaps for responsible AI adoption at scale.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement across Oceania with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Strong technology leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing technology portfolios, budgets or governance processes.
• Knowledge of data management, data governance, AI readiness and emerging technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between Assurance, Client Technology and Finance, translating business priorities into technology roadmaps, investment plans and clear governance outcomes.
• Provide transparency and challenge over technology expenditure, budgets and cost allocations, while developing business cases and strengthening accountability for benefits realisation.
• Lead and support AI Data Readiness engagements, facilitating executive workshops, assessing data and operating model maturity, and developing prioritised roadmaps that accelerate responsible AI adoption.
