The Gordon in Victoria is recruiting an Instructional Designer to shape AI and Data Literacy learning experiences for a groundbreaking microcredential project. You will work with subject matter experts, educators and industry partners to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging resources that learners can apply in real-world settings.

• Provide learning design expertise to enhance resource quality, accessibility and learner engagement.
• Review and refine resources to meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to an innovative project that supports future workforce skills.
