Job summary

The Gordon in Victoria is seeking an Instructional Designer to support an AI and Data Literacy microcredential project. You will translate complex information into engaging, workplace-focused learning resources alongside SMEs and external partners.

You’ll design using digital tools, embed AI concepts into practical activities, ensure accessibility and quality, and help learners succeed in the digital space within a dynamic, collaborative environment at The Gordon.

• Designing engaging, workplace-focused learning resources for the AI and Data Literacy microcredential project.

• Embedding AI and data literacy into practical learning activities.
• Providing learning design expertise to enhance resource quality, accessibility and learner engagement.
• Reviewing and refining resources to ensure they meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Contributing to an innovative project that supports future workforce skills.
