Job summary

Optus is seeking an AI Automation Solution Lead to shape AI-powered automation across OSS. You will design secure, scalable solutions and lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

You will drive discovery, design, and delivery, partner with architecture, security, data, and operations, and champion best practices including TDD, governance, and responsible AI. Flexible hybrid work is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, and delivery of AI-enabled automation solutions across OSS domains.
• Translate requirements into scalable AI workflows using APIs, orchestration, and reusable services.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations teams to drive adoption and governance.
• Establish engineering best practices including test-driven development, observability, and responsible AI.
