Qualifications

• Experience leading automation or AI-driven solution delivery in complex enterprises.
• Strong experience with APIs, cloud architectures, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, and delivery of AI-enabled automation solutions across OSS domains.
• Translate requirements into scalable AI-driven automation services.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, security, data, and vendor teams to drive delivery and adoption.
• Establish engineering best practices including test-driven development, responsible AI, observability, governance, and readiness.
