Optus in Sydney is seeking an AI Automation Solution Lead to shape how AI and automation transform Optus operations. You will design and deliver secure, scalable AI-powered solutions across our OSS environment to improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with architecture, engineering, security, data, and operations, and champion best practices in test-driven development, responsible AI, and governance.
