Fulton Hogan Ltd. is seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to collaborate with operational teams in Melbourne and across Australia to turn AI curiosity into measurable improvements. The role is permanent and based in our Melbourne office, with travel as needed.

You will lead workshops, map processes and coach local champions to embed new ways of working that stick, helping shape our AI practice and broaden impact across the business.

In this permanent, full-time role, ideally based in our Melbourne office, you’ll work with teams across the business to spot where AI can genuinely improve the way work gets done, then help embed new ways of working that stick.This is a great role for someone in change, business improvement, adoption, or a similar business-facing role who likes variety, enjoys working with real people in real environments, and can build credibility with operational teams.
