Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in mining, automation or heavy industry.
• Proven leadership of sales teams delivering growth.
• Strong understanding of autonomous mining technologies and OT.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales and a global support team to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
