Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
- Proven leadership in mining, automation or heavy industry with sales focus.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate market insights into strategic action.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales and a global support team to drive revenue and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with growth targets.
- Identify market trends and competitive threats in mining/heavy industry.
- Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Drive commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions.
