Gallagher Group Inc is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth of the eShepherd product range across Australia. This hunter role focuses on opening doors, building a pipeline and converting opportunities into revenue in a growing AgTech market.

You will collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing and regional teams to target new customers, tailor value propositions and close deals, with a clear emphasis on relationship building and strategic account growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, new business sales or channel sales.
• Track record of prospecting, building pipeline and closing opportunities.
• Experience in agriculture, AgTech, livestock, grazing systems or related industry.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage proposals, tenders and commercial agreements.
• CRM discipline with sales forecasting and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Identify, target and convert high-value opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to close.
• Develop relationships with farmers, producers, partners and distributors.
• Understand customer needs and position the value of eShepherd.
• Use consultative selling to tailor solutions for farms.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding and upsell.
• Share market insights to improve messaging and product.
