Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a Sales & Engagement Specialist to promote eShepherd across Australia. You will drive proactive sales, engage customers and manage relationships with livestock producers, using a consultative approach to demonstrate how eShepherd can optimise farming operations.

The role is predominantly work-from-home with occasional travel for customer visits, field days and industry events, reporting to the wider eShepherd team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or customer engagement within agriculture, AgTech, livestock, dairy or related fields.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline and close opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and convert sales opportunities.
• Source new business through referrals, events and proactive outreach.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline from qualification to close.
• Utilise CRM and sales reporting tools to manage activity and forecasting.
• Support regional sales strategies and contribute to customer adoption and revenue growth.
• Develop trusted relationships with farmers, producers and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to farming businesses.
• Position eShepherd solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Lead customer discussions, manage objections and support onboarding.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline growth and regional revenue outcomes.
