Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited, AgriWest Windsor, is seeking a full-time Sales Support Merchandise team member to join our Windsor branch. This diverse, hands-on role involves customer service, sales support, warehouse tasks, stock management and aiding on-farm deliveries to strengthen relationships with local customers.

You'll work 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday roster during peak periods. A current driver’s licence is essential; forklift licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail or merchandise.
• Ability to manage stock, orders and counter sales.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stock and deliveries.
• Completing on-farm deliveries and building relationships with local customers.
• Providing counter sales, customer enquiries and sales order processing.
• Supporting branch administration: stock control, ordering, invoicing.
• Assisting with inventory, stocktakes and price checks.
• Preparing customer orders and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Collaborating with the team to support branch operations.
• Contributing to safety, respect and customer service culture.
