Job summary

AgriWest Windsor branch is seeking a full-time Sales Support Merchandise team member. You’ll handle counter sales, stock control, deliveries and branch administration to support customers and the wider team. You’ll bring customer service experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, detail-focused approach.

A current driver’s licence is essential; forklift licence is advantageous. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Mon–Fri, with rotating Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or merchandise.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Sound computer skills: Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, dispatch and organise stock and deliveries.
• Complete on-farm deliveries and build relationships with customers.
• Provide customer service through counter sales and enquiries.
• Process sales orders and manage branch administration including invoicing.
• Assist with stock takes, inventory management and price checks.
• Prepare customer orders and maintain an organized store environment.
• Collaborate with the team to support branch operations and service.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture prioritising safety and customer service.
