Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions’ Windsor branch seeks a Sales Support Merchandise team member in a full-time capacity. You’ll handle customer service, sales support, stock management, on-farm deliveries and branch administration, playing a key role in servicing customers and supporting the team.

You’ll bring experience in customer service or retail, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. A current driver’s licence is essential, forklift licence advantageous, and hours are

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales or merchandise environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Sound computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to work 8:00am–5:00pm Mon–Fri, with rotating Saturday shifts

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, stock, dispatch incoming stock and deliveries
• Complete on-farm deliveries and build relationships with local customers
• Provide exceptional customer service through counter sales and sales orders
• Support branch administration: stock control, ordering, invoicing and receipting
• Assist with inventory management, stocktakes and price checks
• Prepare customer orders and maintain an organised store environment
• Collaborate with team to support branch operations and service quality
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, team-focused culture
