Job summary

Kentan Machinery in Hexham, NSW is seeking an experienced Agriculture/Construction Service Technician to diagnose, service, repair and maintain a range of machinery both in-house and in the field. The role offers a stable, full-time position in a well-resourced dealership.

You will handle servicing, fault diagnosis across hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering professional customer service on site and in the workshop.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics, Agricultural Mechanics or similar.
• Experience with agricultural and/or construction machinery.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Sound knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current driver’s licence.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Kentan Machinery is a leading supplier of agricultural and construction equipment, servicing customers across NSW. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Agriculture / Construction Service Technician to join our expanding service team in our Hexham Branch

This role suits a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values customer service, and wants to work with a professional, well-resourced dealership.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the diagnosis, servicing, repair and maintenance of a range of agricultural and construction machinery, both in-house and in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

• Servicing and repairing agricultural and construction equipment

• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults

• Carrying out pre-delivery inspections and machine set-ups

About You
