Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain agricultural machinery including tractors, balers, mowers, and spray units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults efficiently.
• Carry out pre-delivery builds of new equipment.
• Provide onsite repairs and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Support and mentor apprentices within the workshop.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Assist with overtime and participate in on-call rosters during peak season.

About the role

We are seeking a Qualified Mechanic / Service Technician to join our growing dealership in Leongatha.

This is a hands‑on role involving the servicing, repair, and assembly of a wide range of agricultural machinery. You will work both in the workshop and out in the field, supporting our customers and ensuring high standards of workmanship and service.
