Job summary

NAB in Brisbane City is seeking an experienced Agribusiness Manager 2 to lead and grow a portfolio of agribusiness customers. Working with the Regional & Agribusiness Team, you’ll assess opportunities, provide sound advice on risk and growth, and help clients navigate agricultural finance.

In the role of Agribusiness Manager 2, you will work with Jason Blanchard the Regional & Agribusiness Team in Brisbane City that’s doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.

You’ll make an impact each day by:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
• Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
• Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
• Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
• Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.

You’ll bring to this role:

• A passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
• A background in banking, finance or agribusiness, with a strong understanding of agricultural sector.
• Growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn, develop and succeed in business development-focused environment.
