Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Agitator Driver to join our Australian network. You will operate HR trucks to deliver concrete, uphold safety standards, and ensure clean, well‑maintained vehicles while meeting delivery schedules.

Expect comprehensive onboarding with a 10‑day training program and PPE supplied. The role involves long hours, overtime opportunities, and a strong focus on safety and customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• HR licence required.
• Previous driving experience preferred but not essential.
• Current construction white card, or willingness to obtain one prior to starting.
• Strong people skills and safety‑first mindset.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavyweight rigid (HR) trucks to deliver concrete to customers.
• Maintain safety standards while on the road.
• Keep vehicle clean, presentable, and in good operational condition.
• Follow route mapping and load tracking systems to ensure on‑time deliveries.

Agitator Driver Position

You’ll operate modern, well‑maintained trucks equipped with cutting‑edge safety technology, route mapping, and load tracking systems. No two days are the same, and you’ll interact with a wide range of people while delivering high‑quality concrete to our customers.

Key Compensation and Hours

• Hourly rate + super
• Applicable overtime rates (time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours)
• Meal allowance after 10 hours
• Average weekly hours 50+ with Saturday shifts available
