Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia in Bundaberg is seeking an Agitator Driver to deliver concrete daily. You’ll operate modern trucks, follow safety procedures, and utilize route mapping and load-tracking systems. Expect a supportive team, ongoing training, and a typical 50+ hour week with overtime.

Hold a Heavy Rigid licence and be prepared for pre-employment medicals; White Card is preferred. Saturday shifts may be available, and the role offers an hourly rate with superannuation and overtime

Qualifications

• Construction White Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

Agitator Driver Wanted! Join us as an Agitator Driver and enjoy competitive pay, overtime, and a supportive team environment. You'll operate modern, well-maintained trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technology, route mapping, and load tracking systems. No two days are the same, and you'll interact with a wide range of people while delivering high-quality concrete to our customers.

Why This Role?

Agitator Driver based out of our Bundaberg Concrete Plant. Hourly rate: $32.61 to $37.90 (depending on experience) + superannuation + overtime. Average weekly hours of 50+ with Saturday shifts available. Overtime: time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours. Operate modern, well-maintained trucks featuring advanced safety technology, route mapping, and load tracking. Enjoy daily variety and interact with a wide range of people while delivering high-quality products. 10-day comprehensive training program for all new starters.

About You

Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence with previous driving experience (preferred but not essential). Possess a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting. Strong people skills with a safety-first mindset. Pride in your ride - keeping your truck clean and presentable is important. Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
