Job summary

Casual Agitator Driver based out of Bundaberg Concrete Plant. Hourly rate: AUD 32.61 to AUD 37.90 + 25% casual loading + superannuation + overtime. Expect 4–8 hours daily, with Saturday shifts when required. Overtime: time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours. Training program provided for new starters.

You will operate modern trucks with safety tech, route mapping and load tracking, delivering high-quality concrete to a range of customers while enjoying a varied daily schedule.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence.
• Possess a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
• Strong people skills with a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality concrete to customers and engage with diverse people.
• Operate modern, well-maintained trucks with safety technology (route mapping and load tracking).
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentability on shift.

Casual Agitator Driver based out of our Bundaberg Concrete Plant. Hourly rate: $32.61 to $37.90 (depending on experience) + 25% casual loading + superannuation + overtime. Expecting 4-8 hours per day (pending workload), including Saturday shifts when needed. Overtime: time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours. Operate modern, well-maintained trucks featuring advanced safety technology, route mapping, and load tracking. Enjoy daily variety and interact with a wide range of people while delivering high-quality products. 10-day comprehensive training program for all new starters.

About You

Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence with previous driving experience (preferred but not essential). Possess a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting. Strong people skills with a safety-first mindset. Pride in your ride – keeping your truck clean and presentable is important. Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
