Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Group in Bundaberg is seeking an Agitator Driver. You will operate modern agitator trucks and deliver concrete to customers from our Bundaberg Plant. The role offers an hourly rate of $32.61 to $37.90 plus superannuation and overtime.

Expect 50+ hours weekly with Saturday shifts and a 10-day training program for new starters. Hold a valid HR licence (preferred but not essential) and a Construction White Card (or be willing to obtain one).

No two days are the same, and you’ll interact with a wide range of people while delivering high-quality concrete to our customers.

Why This Role?

Agitator Driver based out of our Bundaberg Concrete Plant. Hourly rate: $32.61 to $37.90 (depending on experience) + superannuation + overtime. Average weekly hours of 50+ with Saturday shifts available. Overtime: time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours. Operate modern, well-maintained trucks featuring advanced safety technology, route mapping, and load tracking. Enjoy daily variety and interact with a wide range of people while delivering high-quality products. 10-day comprehensive training program for all new starters.

About You

Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence with previous driving experience (preferred but not essential). Possess a current Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one prior to starting. Strong people skills with a safety-first mindset. Pride in your ride – keeping your truck clean and presentable is important. Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
