In this role you will lead the Platform Operations governance and controls capability, with a focus on strengthening quality assurance, operational controls and risk management frameworks. You will work closely with teams across the business to oversee regulatory and operational change, drive improvements to processes and controls, and provide clear reporting on control performance, emerging risks and remediation activities.
