Qualifications

• Significant experience in governance, operational risk, controls, quality assurance, compliance, audit, financial crime operations or related discipline within financial services.
• Demonstrated experience designing, leading or improving governance and control frameworks in a complex regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of control design, testing, monitoring, issue management, remediation governance and evidence standards.
• Experience supporting regulated operational processes, including KYC, AML, client onboarding or ongoing client due diligence activities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, influence senior stakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes and controls.

Head of Platform Operations, Client Services – 12-month contract

Our Commodities and Global Markets Client Services team supports effective and compliant client operations across a global business. We lead governance, quality assurance and operational controls to help manage risk, meet regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement. This is a 12-month contract to lead business as usual activities during period of transformation.
