Geoscience Australia seeks an Agile Delivery & Performance Lead within the Transformation Office to enable effective delivery across multiple teams. You will shape ways of working, coordinate planning, and monitor outcomes to translate priorities into measurable results.

Lead continuous improvement, coach teams on agile practices, and build cross‑team collaboration while upholding governance for ICT, data management and enterprise architecture initiatives.

Formación

• Experience contributing to the design and application of scaled delivery frameworks such as Agile or hybrid models across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Proven capability in monitoring performance metrics, delivery health, and reporting.
• Experience coaching teams and embedding continuous improvement practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement effective delivery models and support their adoption across teams.
• Promote continuous improvement practices and facilitate a culture of learning and adaptability.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and resolve delivery impediments.
• Provide guidance on agile principles and facilitate branch-level ceremonies and engagement activities.
• Coordinate planning activities and develop frameworks for prioritising work based on value and risk.
• Develop reporting that provides insights on progress and supports leadership decisions.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across the branch and organisation.
