Job summary

Elmo Software Pty Ltd is seeking an Agentic Product Lead to drive market-disrupting AI agent innovations across HCM, Rostering, Time & Attendance, and Payroll platforms.Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Channel Partnerships on a contract-to-full-time pathway.

In this role you will translate market insights into PRDs, define agent scope and human-in-the-loop checks, and build stress-tested pricing models with RevOps to secure

Qualifications

• Agentic AI & LLM expertise with orchestration and guardrails.
• Strategic ability to map software ecosystems and quantify displacement.
• Experience in customer discovery, design thinking and data synthesis.
• Hands-on pricing models, unit economics and business cases.
• Awareness of human-agent interaction, autonomy tiers and safety.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work without direct management.

Responsibilities

• Field Research & Discovery: map customer tech stacks and gather feedback.
• Displacement Opportunity Pipeline: size and sequence AI opportunities.
• Solution Definition & PRDs: write PRDs with agent scope and checks.
• Commercial Modelling: stress-test pricing with RevOps and Growth.
• Delivery Orchestration: track and unblock delivery with teams.
• GTM & Partner Enablement: align with Sales and Channel Partners.
