Job summary

ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Agentic Product Lead contractor with a strong pathway to a full-time role, reporting to the CTO. You will map customer stacks, identify friction points, and define agentic AI opportunities across HR, Rostering, Time & Attendance, and Payroll systems.

Ideal candidates have deep fluency in agentic AI capabilities, a track record in customer discovery, and strong commercial modelling skills.

Qualifications

Agentic AI capabilities, orchestration, tool-calling, guardrails, and evaluation harnesses.
Strong strategic mindset to map software stacks and quantify displaced spend.
Proven track record in high-volume customer discovery, design thinking, and data synthesis.
Expertise in pricing models, unit economics, and business cases for executive scrutiny.

Responsibilities

Conduct at least 10 customer interviews per week and maintain channel partner feedback.
Identify, size, and sequence AI opportunities to replace adjacent software and manual workflows.
Develop PRDs with agent scope, autonomy, oversight checkpoints, evaluation approaches, and dependencies.
Build and stress-test pricing models alongside RevOps for all proposed agents.
Present business cases to CTO and executives; coordinate cross-functional delivery across product lines.
Collaborate with GTM, Product Marketing, and Channel Partners to launch agents with clear value narratives.
