You will oversee code reviews (AI and human-written), enforce architectural standards, and drive automated quality gates, test coverage, and CI/CD security scans while mentoring engineers and coordinating with product and HR for team growth.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering background with modern web app development.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development and code reviews at scale.
• Ability to translate business requirements into precise specs.

Responsibilities

• Own AI orchestration planning and agent orchestration briefs.
• Oversee code quality, security standards, and automated gates.
• Ensure test coverage, CI/CD security scans, and reliability.
• Lead team delivery, estimation, and roadmap alignment.
• Manage engineers, conduct 1:1s, and drive performance.
