Kirinari Community Services in Australia is seeking casual and part-time Aged and Home Care Workers to support clients in the Albury-Wodonga region. Roles involve in-home care, domestic tasks, meal prep and social engagement, with shifts across mornings to evenings.

Applicants should have First Aid/CPR, a driver’s license and the ability to work flexibly, including weekends. Induction training and career progression opportunities are provided by a dedicated leadership team.

About the Position

Our Support 4 Me services deliver quality in-home care supporting our customers to maintain well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.

A typical day assisting our customers to live their best lives may include:

• Domestic assistance
• Assisted shopping/client appointments
• Respite care
• Meal preparation
• Social support and community engagement
• Assistance with personal care

Shifts will be shorter in duration with paid travel time between customers in a localised area, where possible. (kms travelled between customers also claimable)

About You

• Available for shifts across Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (Some weekend and public holidays as required)
• Qualification in First Aid and CPR is highly regarded or willing to obtain
• Willingness to get physical and help with domestic work Mopping, vacuuming, washing, general cleaning
• Genuine desire and ability to connect and develop a meaningful relationship
• Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
• Current Driver's License
• Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willing to obtain
