Kirinari Community Services is seeking compassionate Aged and Home Care Workers to provide in-home support across NSW and Victoria. You’ll assist with daily tasks and companionship, helping clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Shifts are available across weekdays from 7am to 7pm, with some weekends and public holidays as required. You’ll need a valid licence and the ability to handle light domestic duties, while building meaningful client relationships.

Formación

• First Aid and CPR certificates preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and full car insurance.
• Ability to connect, support clients and build relationships.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and domestic tasks as needed.

About the Position

Our Support 4 Me services deliver quality in-home care supporting our customers to maintain well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.

A typical day assisting our customers to live their best lives may include:

• Domestic assistance
• Assisted shopping/client appointments
• Respite care
• Meal preparation
• Social support and community engagement
• Assistance with personal care

Shifts will be shorter in duration with paid travel time between customers in a localised area, where possible. (kms travelled between customers also claimable)

About You

• Available for shifts across Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (Some weekend and public holidays as required)
• Qualification in First Aid and CPR is highly regarded or willing to obtain
• Willingness to get physical and help with domestic work Mopping, vacuuming, washing, general cleaning
• Genuine desire and ability to connect and develop a meaningful relationship
• Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
• Current Driver's License
• Full Comprehensive Car Insurance, or willing to obtain
