Kirinari Community Services in Yeppoon, Queensland, seeks experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent and safe at home. You will provide personal care, domestic assistance, meal prep, transport, and companionship in clients’ homes and communities.

The role emphasizes building trusting relationships, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and recognition for your impact. Applicants should have at least 2 years in aged or community care, a current Driver Licence

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.
